Marvel Television and Marvel Animation announced a trio of Marvel Zombies Halloween specials coming in the next three years.

The announcement came during a New York Comic Con panel on Thursday, What’s On Disney Plus reports. The animated specials will be released on Disney+ in 2027, 2028, and 2029. Their names and logos were also revealed.

First up will be Marvel Zombies: The Winter Soldier in 2027. In 2028 will be Marvel Zombies: The Fist of Khonshu. And lastly, in 2029, will be Marvel Zombies: The Last Guardian. The names are references to Bucky Barnes, Moon Knight, and Guardians of the Galaxy, respectively.

The specials are in addition to the second season of Marvel Zombies, which is in production. The four-episode first season was released in late 2025, following the “What If… Zombies?!” episode of What If…?

Based on the Marvel Zombies comic series, the show is set in an alternate universe in which members of the Avengers became zombies, kicking off a worldwide zombie apocalypse. The series follows the remaining heroes and their friends as they try to survive.
