The TikTok video below, shared by user MomMakingMagic, shows a guest in the water near the resort’s dock at night. After a moment, they climb out via a ladder meant for crew members, and run back down the dock. MomMakingMagic said, “not me watching someone take a dip in Seven Seas Lagoon,” and joked about the guest having one too many Lapu Lapu cocktails.

Swimming in undesignated areas at Walt Disney World is extremely dangerous. As locals know, it should be assumed any body of water in Florida has alligators. Disney has signs telling guests not to go swimming in Seven Seas Lagoon and other lakes.

The warning signs were added 10 years ago after the death of 2-year-old Lane Thomas Graves, who was killed by an alligator in Seven Seas Lagoon. Trappers have since removed over 400 alligators from Walt Disney World property.

Other recent guest incidents include a man jumping out of his Tiana’s Bayou Adventure ride vehicle just before the drop and guests fighting in the queue of Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind.
