Shanghai Disneyland has begun testing their new Spider-Man roller coaster at full-speed and with dummies.

Spider-Man Roller Coaster Testing

Walt Disney Imagineering shared a photo of Imagineers posing alongside the coaster train they are using for testing. They removed the clearance envelopes used during push-pull testing. Now, weighted dummies are strapped into some of the seats to simulate real riders.

See the train testing at speed below.

The coaster is part of a brand-new Spider-Man land. Though focused on the web-slinger, other Marvel characters will appear.

The coaster track was completed this summer and push-pull testing began in September. Disney shared a first look at ride vehicles and concept art for a giant Spider-Bot during D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event.
