100 Years of Winnie the Pooh

Winnie the Pooh was created by author A. A. Milne. Inspired by a real stuffed bear Milne bought for his son Christopher Robin, the character first appeared in the children’s book Winnie-the-Pooh with illustrations by E. H. Shepard, published on October 14, 1926.
Disney has been celebrating the 100th anniversary of Winnie the Pooh with new books and merchandise online and in Disney Parks. RE/DONE released a line of vintage-inspired Winnie the Pooh apparel. There’s a Winnie the Pooh Pandora charm and drinkware by Igloo. Stoney Clover Lane will soon release a Winnie the Pooh Halloween collection.
