Several entertainment offerings at Magic Kingdom will have modified schedules on November 10 and 11, 2026, as filming takes place for ABC’s annual Disney holiday specials.
Magic Kingdom Entertainment Changes
As we reported in late October, Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade will be performed at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, November 10, and Wednesday, November 11, for the ABC holiday special taping. The seasonal parade typically performs exclusively during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party until later in December, giving regular daytime guests a unique opportunity to enjoy the festive procession.
With filming scheduled for both days, Disney has adjusted the entertainment lineup throughout Magic Kingdom, including several changes to stage shows, parades, and Main Street, U.S.A. performances.
The most obvious change is that the regular Festival of Fantasy Parade will not be performed on either November 10 or 11, with Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade taking its usual 2 p.m. timeslot instead.
Mickey’s Magical Friendship Faire, which typically performs five times daily at the Cinderella Castle Forecourt Stage, will still perform under a reduced schedule. On November 10, the show will only see two performances, once at 9:15 a.m. and again at noon. For the next day, November 11, four showtimes are scheduled throughout the day, including 10:10 a.m., 11:35 a.m., 12:45 p.m., and 4 p.m.
Entertainment along Main Street, U.S.A. will also be affected. The Dapper Dans have no performances currently scheduled for November 10. On November 11, the group is scheduled to perform at 9 a.m., 9:50 a.m., 10:40 a.m., 12:05 p.m., 1:10 p.m., and 3:55 p.m., with only its usual 2:55 p.m. performance removed.
The Casey’s Corner Pianist will see just three performances on November 10, at 11:40 a.m., 12:25 p.m., and 5:30 p.m. On November 11, six performances are scheduled at 10:50 a.m., noon, 1:15 p.m., 3:40 p.m., 4:35 p.m., and 5:30 p.m. The pianist typically performs seven sets throughout the day.
Lastly, the Disney Adventure Friends Cavalcade has no listed performance on November 10, although its standard 11:05 a.m. performance remains scheduled for November 11.
Despite the daytime adjustments, Magic Kingdom’s nighttime entertainment schedule is expected to remain unchanged. Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away will perform at 6:45 p.m. and 9 p.m. on both nights, while Happily Ever After fireworks are scheduled for 8 p.m. The seasonal Frozen Holiday Surprise castle show will also take place at 6:15 p.m.
The filming will contribute to ABC’s upcoming holiday programming, including The Wonderful World of Disney: Holiday Spectacular on November 30 and the Disney Parks Magical Christmas Day Parade on December 25.
Guests visiting Magic Kingdom on November 10 or 11 should consult the My Disney Experience app for the latest entertainment schedules, as additional adjustments may occur during filming.
