The holiday season is right around the corner for Disneyland Resort and guests can now enjoy decorations in New Orleans Square at Disneyland Park. Plus, the snowy transformation of Sleeping Beauty Castle is officially complete.
Sleeping Beauty Castle Christmas Decorations
The park icon is adorned with snowy rooftops. Installation began in October, earlier than ever, and is now complete. There are also faux icicles and garlands across the ramparts.
The garlands are adorned with large shiny baubles and roses.
New Orleans Square Christmas Decorations
The facades and trees of New Orleans Square are now decorated with a variety of festive touches. Crescent moon-shaped Santa decor hangs from the branches of this tree.
Garlands hang from balconies, each unique to match its facade. On a corner of the street, a green wrought iron balcony has garland hung with silver and blue ornaments, beads, and gold tassels.
Port Royal Curios and Curiosities has a garland featuring golden ribbon and ornaments in Mardi Gras colors — purple, green, and gold. Mardi Gras is also represented via masks on garlands and lampposts.
Hanging below this balcony are vintage-style Santa Claus ornaments.
Some facades feature wreaths to match the garlands. These decorations have bows with jester-like diamond patterns.
Each lamppost decoration is a different style. Colorful leaves, flowers, and other props are paired with matching masks.
More masks are on leafy decorations above these doorways.
Blue Bayou and Eudora’s Chic Boutique are decorated. The latter’s garlands and wreaths incorporate fabrics — appropriate for a clothing shop.
This balcony features playful jester dolls and instruments with strings of giant colorful beads.
A gold angel statue stands on this balcony. Hanging on the railing is garland packed full of silver and gold ornaments. A pair of sparkly gold ornaments hang below.
The garland above Cristal d’Orleans is arranged with a unique swirl. Another garland is above the doorway and wreaths hang over the windows.
Across Cafe Orleans are garlands with red and white poinsettias. Around the corner is a balcony with purple drapery and a colorful mask on a wreath. The corner balcony features fruits tucked into its garland.
A length of garland is strung with Mardi Gras beads. Feathery masks are at the ends. A string of branches, meanwhile, is decorated with colorful bottles.
Some lampposts in the area are wrapped in relatively plain garlands with lights.
Holidays at Disneyland Resort officially run from November 13, 2026, through January 6, 2027. Stay tuned for more coverage.
