The holidays are officially rolling into Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and we couldn’t be more excited. Jollywood Nights is back, and this ticketed holiday party is full of festive fun!
Disney’s Jollywood Nights is a separately ticketed holiday event at Hollywood Studios, and this year, it will take place on select nights from November 7th, 2026 to January 5th, 2027. We’ve been to our fair share of Disney after-hours events, and we’re here to tell you that this one is all about the entertainment. Between the twinkling lights, the dance parties, and the shows that light up the park after dark, there’s plenty to keep you busy all night long. So let’s take a look at this year’s entertainment!
Disney Holidays in Hollywood
This iconic show takes place at the Beauty and the Beast — Live on Stage amphitheater on Sunset Boulevard. This show is a variety act of sorts hosted by Kermit and Miss Piggy, featuring several different Disney characters.
The premise is that you’re the live audience for a holiday special being filmed. Kermit and Miss Piggy are joined by lots of other Disney characters like Belle, Mickey, and Minnie! Overall, this is a fantastic show that runs about 30 minutes, and we think it’s a must-see at Jollywood Nights — don’t miss it!
Glisten! — A Skating Spectacular
Several times throughout the event, Hollywood Boulevard hosts Glisten!, a skating spectacular featuring international champion skaters set to holiday music! The show also includes projections on the Chinese Theatre.
While Glisten! has been a part of Jollywood Nights in past years, this is the first year that the show has included Disney characters. Daisy Duck, Donald Duck, and Genie joined the skaters on stage for a bit of added Disney magic. While we love all these characters, we felt like Daisy and Donald felt a bit out of place. They were so far off to the sides that it ended up taking your attention away from the show. Genie’s segment felt more like part of the show, though.
However, even though the added characters may not have been a slam dunk, we still really enjoyed the show! The skaters are incredibly talented, and we still think this is a must-see show at Jollywood Nights.
What’s This? Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas Sing-Along
What’s This? Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas Sing-Along is performed several times throughout the evening at the Hyperion Theater (where For the First Time in Forever, A Frozen Sing-Along performs during the regular park day).
You’ll join Jack Skellington for a “dreamlike adventure inspired by Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas” during this event. Guests are invited to sing along with the Pumpkin King to beloved songs from Nightmare Before Christmas while following two friends on a larger-than-life journey!
During the show, you’ll sing along to:
- What’s This
- Kidnap the Sandy Claws
- Sally’s Song
- Oogie Boogie’s Song
- This is Halloween
- Jack and Sally’s Song
Don’t miss this one!
Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM!
The Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! fireworks spectacular is shown on party nights to mark the evening with a BANG! The show lasts about 14 minutes and features lasers, lights, projections, fireworks, and music.
It is a charming (and exciting!) way to get into the spirit of the season.
Sunset Seasons Greetings
On evenings when Jollywood Nights is not hosted, guests visiting the park can also view this lovely presentation.
Checkin’ It Twice Lounge
The Checkin’ It Twice Lounge is NEW to the event this year! You can find the lounge in Animation Courtyard. Head inside for some boppin’ music and specialty drinks. While we were there, the lounge had a more chill vibe with most people either sitting or enjoying their drinks. However, there is a dance floor that is available, and cast members were trying their best to get people to dance.
We thought the theming inside was very fun! Everyone also seemed to be enjoying themselves and the chance to relax for a little bit.
From a naughty-and-nice list to light-up snowmen, the decorations were festive and jolly. We also loved that they kept the naughty-or-nice theme by having a red side and a blue side. Which side will you choose?
While we were there, we also watched a fun little mini-game where two elves had volunteers compete in some quick challenges.
Twilight Soirée at the Tip Top Club
The Twilight Soirée at the Tip Top Club is located in the courtyard of The Hollywood Tower Hotel (or Tower of Terror, as most people know it). At this event, you can sip cocktails and listen to the live band, Rachel and the Alley Cats.
If this event is a priority for you, be sure to arrive early in the evening. Capacity is limited, so it might fill up later on. Music performances are held throughout the evening.
