The Kawaii Slime Company has opened their new Disney Springs location at the former face painting and temporary tattoo kiosk.
Kawaii Slime Company at Disney Springs

The face painting kiosk closed in September and Cast Members didn’t know the reason for the closure. We later learned Kawaii Slime Company was coming to Disney Springs and likely taking over the kiosk, which is in the Marketplace section of Disney Springs near Ghirardelli Soda Fountain & Chocolate Shop.

Kawaii Slime Company offers elaborate sensory toys including scented slime and fake food. In front of the kiosk is a counter to create your own fake ice cream slime kit.

Though these are relatively realistic-looking ice cream scoops and toppings, they are not edible.

In the main kiosk are shelves of other slime offerings. They come in different textures including butter, cloud, glossy, clear, fluffy, crunchy, jelly cube, and floam.

Signature dome slimes are $18.99 and “ice cream pint” slimes are $17.99. In addition to the ice cream, many products resemble desserts, beverages, animals, or fantasy creations and include decorative charms, faux sprinkles, and other mix-ins.

At this DIY slime station, guests can pick a round container for $15.99 or boba container for $16.99. Toppings are 25 cents per gram.

There are also craft supplies, plush of the mascot Shelly the octopus, keychains, and other sensory toys.
Kawaii Slime Company began in 2017 after the founders’ 7-year-old daughter asked the family to make slime. The project grew from a family hobby into a woman-owned and minority-owned toy company based in the Las Vegas area. “Kawaii” is the Japanese word for “cute.”
