Hey Disney dining friends! Thanksgiving is the next big celebration on the social calendar, and while it is one I tend to forget about until it is suddenly upon us (we don’t celebrate it here in Australia!), I am always delighted to see the different ways Disney finds to help guests make the most of the season. From gathering around the table with family to catching up with friends over a festive drink, there are plenty of reasons to make a little extra time for good food and our favorite kind of company. This year, two of my go-to dining destinations are getting in on the celebrations with something new to sip!
Over at The Edison in Disney Springs at Walt Disney World Resort and Naples Ristorante e Bar at Downtown Disney District at Disneyland Resort, guests are already making plans to celebrate Thanksgiving and the surrounding holiday weekend. Both locations are popular choices for a special meal, whether you are visiting the parks or simply looking for somewhere memorable to gather with your favorite people. If you are hoping to secure a table for Thanksgiving weekend, I would recommend getting those reservations sorted sooner rather than later, as these sought-after dining spots can fill up quickly.
To make the occasion even more tempting, both locations are introducing a strictly limited-time Thanksgiving-inspired cocktail called the Holiday Gravy Boat. And yes, you read that correctly! This festive creation takes the flavors of the season and serves them up in a gravy boat, because why should the dinner table have all the fun? The cocktail combines cranberry jelly-infused Wild Turkey 101 bourbon with oloroso sherry, pinot noir, fig purée, lemon juice, Scarborough bitters, and Fee Foam. It is certainly a more adventurous take on holiday entertaining than your usual glass of wine!
The Holiday Gravy Boat is available throughout November only, making this a fun excuse to plan a visit before the Thanksgiving festivities are over. If you happen to be in the area this month, why not gather a few friends or family members, order some appetizers to share, and raise a glass to the season? You don’t need to wait for Thanksgiving Day itself to enjoy a little holiday cheer, and I am always a fan of finding an excuse to catch up over a good cocktail, especially when they are this cute.

Whether you are celebrating with a full family feast or simply stopping by for a festive drink, these limited-time offerings at The Edison and Naples are a fun way to welcome the season.
