“Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM!” has returned to Disney’s Hollywood Studios for the 2026 Disney Jollywood Nights season, bringing fireworks, festive projections, and a mission to rescue Santa Claus back to the Chinese Theater.
Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! at Jollywood Nights 2026
“Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM!” is a 14-minute nighttime spectacular performed exclusively during the separately ticketed Disney Jollywood Nights event. The show combines fireworks, lasers, lights, projection mapping, and holiday music, with the Chinese Theater serving as its centerpiece.
The spectacular follows Wayne and Lanny, the Christmas elves from Disney’s Prep & Landing, a 2009 animated television special that has spawned multiple sequels. The duo discovers that Santa Claus has gone missing and sets out on a mission to find him before Christmas is ruined.
Along the way, they encounter holiday and winter scenes inspired by Disney films, including Beauty and the Beast, Mickey’s Christmas Carol, and Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas.
The theater’s façade transforms throughout the show with colorful holiday imagery, including ornaments, Christmas trees, and gingerbread men. Other Disney and Pixar films represented in previous versions of the spectacular include Toy Story, Inside Out, and Bambi.
The show builds toward a confrontation with Oogie Boogie from The Nightmare Before Christmas, who has captured Santa Claus. After Wayne and Lanny rescue Santa, the production concludes with a fireworks finale above the Chinese Theater.
The spectacular once again features simulated snowfall along Hollywood Boulevard, as well as synchronized lighting effects for guests wearing MagicBand+.
“Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM!” originally debuted at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in 2016 as a seasonal nighttime spectacular. After its final performances in January 2020, the show went on hiatus before returning as part of the inaugural Disney Jollywood Nights event in 2023.
The show has remained a staple of the holiday event, returning again for the 2025 season.
“Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM!” is scheduled for 10 p.m. on Disney Jollywood Nights event dates.
