Disney Cruise Line Cast and Crew Members will be getting a new nametag design this summer, coinciding with the debut of the Disney Wish.
The new nametag is still white, with the Disney Cruise Line logo at the top. It’s lined with golden designs reminiscent of the exterior of the Disney Cruise Line ships. The bottom reads “Creating magic at sea.”
Disney Cruise Line Senior VP and General Manager Sharon Siskie announced the new nametag in a message to Cast Members, which you can read below.
As we approach the launch of the Disney Wish, I’m reminded of the incredible legacy we have built together at Disney Cruise Line over the last 24 years. It’s a legacy that continues to grow with the expansion of our fleet, the addition of new home ports, new itineraries, the renewed spirit of sailing once again and most importantly, our outstanding Cast and Crew.
In celebration of this exciting time of growth, we wanted to do something truly special. That’s why I’m delighted to announce the debut of our new Disney Cruise Line nametag.
I’m excited to give you – our amazing Cast and Crew Members – an exclusive sneak peek of our new nametag. From the unique design of our ships’ bow to the iconic shades of blue and gold, this new nametag is inspired by the classic look of our Disney Cruise Line fleet, while honoring our dedicated Cast and Crew who create magic at sea every day.
We look forward to distributing the new nametags across our fleet and to our Shoreside Cast in the weeks ahead. Stay tuned for details!
Thank you all for everything you do!
With gratitude,
Sharon Siskie
Senior Vice President & General Manager – Disney Cruise Line
