*NEW* Guava Mousse on a Sugar Cookie with Coconut-Lime Whipped Cream – $4.75
The outside shell of this mousse is white chocolate, which adds an artificial taste that we could do without. However, underneath that is a beautiful guava mousse that is light and creamy.
The coconut on top compliments the guava flavor, and everything pairs well with the sugar cookie base. This is a very sweet dessert, but we enjoyed it.
Tropical Mimosa with Sparkling Wine and Minute Maid Passion Fruit, Orange, and Guava Juices – $6.50
As you can tell from the picture, this one is rather pulpy. While there are some good flavors going on, this tasted too much like a basic orange juice and champagne mimosa to be anything really special. There are better options at this booth.
Key Lime Mimosa with Key Lime Sparkling Wine and Cranberry Juice – $6.50
They’re using white cranberry juice in this mixture to keep the overall clear profile of the drink. This one is rather tart with a distinct key lime flavor that overpowers any of the potential cranberry taste. It tastes more like the key lime sparkling wine we’ve seen at past festivals, which makes sense: it’s the same wine. This isn’t a bad price for the flute, all things considered.
Blood Orange Mimosa with Sparkling Wine and Blood Orange Juice – $6.50
Can you feel the pulp tonight… floating in your drink? There’s even more pulp than the tropical mimosa, but this one works ten times better. The blood orange flavor is prominent and not overbearing, just tart enough to smack your lips together. Definitely the smartest option at the mimosa bar.
*NEW* Berry Sour Ale Mimosa: Boulevard Brewing Co. Berry Noir Sour Ale (4.2% ABV) and Sparkling Wine – $9.00
We were surprised when we first sipped this mimosa to have a tart taste upfront, which then changed to an herb flavor on the back end. There’s no sweetness to be found in this drink, despite being called a berry sour.
This is definitely heavier on the ale side than the sparkling wine side, but if you like a sour ale, this is perfect for you.

Personally, this is one of our favorite food booths that we try again and again each year. If you’re anything like us, have no fear, as this booth is going away anytime soon! The 2022 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival runs from July 14 to November 19, 2022.
