Happy Halloween from Disneyland Resort!

We’ve been celebrating all the fun of the season in the two parks and Downtown Disney with special decor, seasonal merchandise, and now, a BUNCH of new snacks! That’s why we’re here now, to try out a new Halloween churro. Let’s go!

Available from now until November 10th, you can snag the Peanut Candy Churro from the Grizzly Peak Churro Cart. This churro is rolled in peanut powder, sugar, and crushed peanuts and drizzled with peanut butter sauce.

Alright, so we’ve heard about what’s on this churro, but how does it taste? We liked this churro a lot! The peanut butter is delicious and the peanuts add such a great texture that our reporter said made the entire churro fun to eat.

The peanuts are similar to something that you would find on an ice cream sundae and the churro itself is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside — just the way you want it to be! The peanuts and peanut butter sauce really help to cut some of the sweetness of the churro so it’s sweet without being too sweet.

This churro is full of peanut butter flavor from beginning to end, so you definitely have to be a PB fan in order to enjoy this one. Our one complaint about this churro is that there’s nothing really Halloween-y about it — we’re not sure what makes it a spooky season treat! It has the word “candy” in the name, but we don’t know what about the churro is candied. If you’d like to give it a try, you can grab it for $6.75 from Grizzly Peak Churro Cart!
