Right now, EPCOT is undergoing a huge transformation and it’s looking a little different almost every day!
So much is happening right now — we’ve been following the progress of the Journey Into Water — Inspired By Moana attraction and enjoying the ongoing EPCOT Food and Wine Festival. We’ve also been looking forward to celebrating EPCOT’s 40th anniversary! However, we’re still visiting the park every day to see what’s new!
EPCOT Food Updates
Club Cool
Two machines are closed off at Club Cool and they’re missing ALL the sodas. We’ve been seeing a few missing sodas here and there at Club Cool recently, and Cast Members confirmed that it’s due to supply chain issues.
We’re not sure when these issues might resolve, but we’ll keep an eye on them!
NOW Is the Time to Book Park Pass Reservations for EPCOT’s 40th Anniversary
L’Artisan de Glaces
Okay, prepare yourself, because the Pumpkin Ice Cream Macaron is back!!! This seasonal treat is one that we come back to constantly during this time of year in EPCOT.

EPCOT Construction Updates
There’s some work going on at Cool Wash and the sign is now gone.
We also saw some Cast Members working on the Journey of Water — Inspired by Moana attraction — it looks like they’re sculpting something.
Some wood siding is going up on the building that will be the Communicore Hall.
The construction tarps inside Mitsukoshi have been moved again — now, they’re covering the front left of the store. Before, they were covering the middle left.
We also noticed that the Mitsukoshi entrance has been blocked off and rerouted.
The Rose & Crown menu sign has been repainted green!
This sign used to be bright blue!

EPCOT General Updates
There’s a new sign at the Living with the Land exit.
We popped into the newly-opened Florida Blue Medicare Lounge in Morocco in the Restaurant Marrakesh location. We didn’t find any snacks there, but you could get mint tea, spa water, and coffee. They also hand each guest a cooling towel (much needed in Florida right now!).
There was also a henna artist available. PLUS guests can get a wristband if they want to watch the Eat to the Beat concert in the reserved area. We’ve seen this lounge before, but we’re glad it’s open again!

How You Should Spend Your Money in EPCOT
If you’re headed to EPCOT soon, keep in mind that there’s still quite a bit of construction going on, so you’ll see construction walls throughout the front of the park. However, it’s all part of the massive ongoing EPCOT transformation and we can’t wait to see what it’s going to look like when it’s all done!
Also, remember that EPCOT has some of the most popular restaurants in Disney World, so if you’re looking to dine in one of them, be sure to make advance dining reservations as far in advance as you can (60 days from the first day of your trip).
