40 never looked so good, EPCOT!

If your Disney travel partners argue over whether to start World Showcase in Mexico or in Canada — well, this limited-time 40th celebration item is here to settle that debate!

Not to be overshadowed by Disney World’s 50th Celebration, Disney has released merchandise and some themed treats and drinks like the Figment Sponge Cake to mark the occasion for EPCOT’s monumental anniversary. Lots of the treats are super colorful, and the 40th Fiesta at Choza de Margarita is trying to show off, for sure.

But here’s the thing — this is the SAME as the Fiesta Margarita you could already get here, which is made with a combination of strawberry, classic lime, and mango loco. The 40th Fiesta just has the addition of Blue Agave Syrup which doesn’t add much additional flavor to the drink at all.

It’s heavy on the strawberry, and we couldn’t taste the mango. It’s still a pretty solid margarita, but there’s nothing extra special about it, except the color. It comes in a signature Mexico 40 souvenir glass, which could justify the $18 price tag if this is a must-have for you. If you’re not interested in the glass, though, just get the regular Fiesta Margarita for $13.25 and save a few dollars.
