What’s New at Magic Kingdom: a Missing Sign in Tomorrowland, a Jungle Cruise MagicBand, and MORE!

Hey, everybody! We’re back with another edition of What’s New at Magic Kingdom!

Magic Kingdom

A lot has happened since our last visit, so let’s get to steppin’ and we’ll point out all the new updates we’ve spotted this week!

Construction Update at Magic Kingdom

Guess what, guys? The sign for the Stitch Meet and Greet has been removed! The sign used to be located right here across from Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor, but the Tomorrowland show building appears to be blank canvas now!

Stitch’s Great Escape’s Sign Has Been Taken Down

Disney previously announced Stitch’s Great Escape would not be reopening, but so far they haven’t announced any plans for the space. We’ll be sure to tell you the moment they make an announcement, though!

Read more about the Stitch sign removal here!

Crystal Palace

As we journeyed closer to the hub, we noticed the walkway to Crystal Palace had been roped off!

Walkway to Crystal Palace

From a distance, we could see Mickey Mouse was doing a little filming outside Crystal Palace! Since the restaurant hasn’t reopened yet, this was the very definition of a closed set!

Crystal Palace Filming

It was over before it began and the walkway to Crystal Palace was reopened moments later! We wonder what they were filming — we’ll let you know if we hear more!
