The Best Breakfast at EPCOT

Tell us if this has happened to you before — you’re rushing around a Disney World park at rope drop, hitting up all the rides on your list, and you’re completely content to keep hustling…until your stomach growls.

EPCOT

In your hurry to get to the park, you forgot all about breakfast, and now your body is revolting against you, DEMANDING that you get some food inside your stomach ASAP. If you don’t know exactly where to go or what to eat, don’t worry — we’re sharing our list of the best breakfast options in EPCOT!

Pastries

Let’s start out with a selection of delicious pastries! If you head to Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie, you’ll find a variety of breakfast foods, but perhaps the most classic option is a croissant. They have three different versions at Les Halles — plain, chocolate, and stuffed with almond filling. They range from $2.95-$5.75 each.

Croissant Amandes

Our other pick for a delicious breakfast pastry is a DFB fave, but it’s a bit controversial — School Bread from Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe. It’s a sweet roll filled with custard and dipped in toasted coconut for $4.49. This is a pretty divisive treat; people seem to either love or hate it.

School Bread

If you haven’t tried School Bread before, definitely pick up a roll on your next visit to the World Showcase.

Sandwiches

Looking to get a more rounded breakfast? There are multiple spots to grab a breakfast sandwich at EPCOT! The first is Connections Cafe, the park’s Starbucks spot. Here, you’ll find the typical Starbucks options that you can buy at home, but they’re still just as delicious. Just check the bakery case to see which sandwiches are available daily!

Heading back to Les Halles for another croissant-based treat, we’ve got the Croissant Salé for $8.25. It’s topped with egg, bacon, and cheese, so it’s a pretty typical breakfast sandwich.

Croissant Sale

The portion size is decent, which helps balance out the slightly higher price. You might even be able to split this one with someone else!

Sweet Treats

Looking for something sweet? We’ve got some YUMMY choices! Les Halles has a classic Beignet, filled with chocolate and hazelnut and topped with powdered sugar. You can have it served warm, and it’ll only cost $4.95.

Beignet

If crêpes are more your style, then you’re in luck! Right around the corner from Les Halles in the back of the France Pavilion is Crêpes á Emporter, the quick service stand attached to La Crêperie de Paris. Here you can order four different crêpes, including butter & sugar, red berries, housemade hazelnut & chocolate spread, and one topped with ice cream! Prices range from $5.95 to $7.95.

Red Berries Crêpe

Lastly for sweet treats, we’ll head back to Connections Café, where we’re picking up a Liege Waffle! This popular new breakfast treat is made with brioche dough, pressed in pearl sugar, and then baked in a cast iron.

Liege Waffle

You can order this small but mighty treat for $3.99 at the Starbucks location, or head next door to Connections Eatery and get one topped with strawberries and whipped cream.

Savory

For a delicious savory item, we’re going BACK to Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie, where they’re serving up the Quiche Lorraine. It’s $7 and made with ham and gruyere cheese, plus the obvious egg base. Delicious!

Quiche Lorraine

Sticking in the France Pavilion, Crêpes á Emporter has some savory options in addition to the sweet crêpes. They’re also serving up galettes, including Cream of Brie Cheese, Ratatouille, and Bechamel, Cheese, & Ham flavors.

Ratatouille Galette

Each of these costs between $9.95 and $11.55. Great way to start the day!

Table Service

And finally, we need to mention the one table service breakfast option in EPCOT right now — La Crêperie de Paris! This spot opened in October 2021 and serves crêpes and other traditional French cuisines. You can order items a la carte, or choose their prix fixe option, which includes a soup or salad, one galette, one beverage, and one dessert crêpe, all for $35.95.

La Crêperie de Paris

There are more crêpe and galette options on the menu here than you can get at the walk-up window, so this is a great place to stop if you want to branch out a bit more. And since it’s right next to Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, it’s a great option if you plan to rope drop that ride.

La Creperie de Paris

That’s a wrap on the best breakfasts in EPCOT! There aren’t many spots to sit down for breakfast right now, but hopefully, more options will return in the future. We’ll continue to update you with any more eats that we think you need to know about for your upcoming trip!
