We are patiently waiting for Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure to open at EPCOT, and every time we ride the Disney Skyliner, we can’t resist catching a glimpse of construction. The expansion to the France pavilion has looked near completion for a while, but construction still carries on, with finishing touches now being added.
