Let’s face it DinoLand U.S.A. is slowly deteriorating and genuinely starting to look like a rundown theme park. Each time I walk through the area and see the remains of Primeval Whirl, I begin to think of what could replace it all. This land has enough space to become something unique. It’s worth more than just a blue sky idea; it deserves the time and love that other attractions and lands get.

I don’t think I’m alone in what I would love to see take over DinoLand U.S.A. This section would be perfect for a South America area. It only makes sense for that to be the next step, with Africa and Asia just around the corner.

Here guests could learn about the Amazon Rainforest while walking on a trail and exploring different animals and plants. They could repurpose Dinosaur and turn it into a jungle exploration attraction where visitors zoom through in search of a specific animal.

Disney could also create a small theatre where shows and live entertainment can call home. There could be a presentation on the stage showcasing an animal a few times a day, or they could use it for dance parties. They would even be able to curate fun magical meet and greets in the area. For example, guests could interact with members of the family Madrigal and our favorite Disney friends like Donald, Daisy, Chip ‘n’ Dale & more.

Imagineers could come up with the most beautiful food options to serve in the area, like quinoa bowls, empanadas, and ceviche. They would have to retheme Resturantosaurus to a camp for those exploring South America, and I’m sure they would make an extensive back story for all of it.

The walk-up window food stands could sell pão de queijo, cheese bread, which they make for EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival. Now I’m hungry. I want to know what you would replace DinoLand U.S.A. with if you had the chance. Maybe I’ll grab some snacks while I read your answers in the comments.
