Grab your sunglasses and sunscreen because we are headed to the Caribbean! Today we are exploring all the dining locations at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort. This resort is easily accessible to those staying along the Disney Skyliner and guests visiting Hollywood Studios or EPCOT who can hop on the transportation in the sky.
Quick Service
Centertown Market is home to the Caribbean Beach Resort’s food court, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The counter service options include the Grab-n-Go shop, which has pre-made sandwiches, baked goods, snacks, and drinks. Unlike the Old Port Royale of days gone by, guests will order and pay for their selections in one location. Guests will be given a tracker to set on their table, and their meals will be delivered to them. There is a separate Mobile Order pick-up window.

Spyglass Grill is located in the Trinidad area of Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort. This restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and features popular American foods infused with classic Caribbean flavors.
Table Service
This restaurant features flavors of both Latin and Caribbean cuisine (currently being served in skillets and dishes shared among the table), and the staff offers warm island hospitality beginning at 4:30 p.m. Friday to Monday. The dining location is closed Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The decor echos a tropical beachfront home, with coral patterns and kelp filigree that celebrate the Caribbean.
Bars & Lounges
This is the full-service (and quite charming) poolside bar.
This resort is very relaxing, has a beautiful lobby with comfortable seating, and great walking paths that lead to the Skyliner. I have enjoyed meals at both Centertown Market and Sebastian’s Bistro. My experience at both locations was phenomenal. The food was full of flavor and affordable.
Sebastian’s Bisto is currently $32 per person, and it’s family-style, so it’s easy to get your money’s worth. The quick service location is priced like others on property, but the food is significantly better here. I had ordered the Fried Yuca Bowl, and I was blown away. The bowl was packed with bold flavors, and it was a hefty serving, so I didn’t leave hungry. Have you had any positive dining experiences at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort?
