New Walt Disney World Golf Program Improves Safety and Convenience

The folks at Arnold Palmer Golf Management that operate the golf courses at Walt Disney World have added a new Park & Play Program aimed at making your check-in process quicker and safer.

Guests who book their tee time online and pre-pay with a credit card can now, in most cases, show up at the golf course and head straight to their waiting sanitized golf cart. Golfers will no longer need to go inside the clubhouse to check in.

To use the new Park & Play Program, book your tee time online.

Golf courses have also implemented other safety measures over the last few months, including requiring contactless payment. Cash is no longer accepted in the clubhouse.

In addition, face coverings are required in the clubhouse, restrooms, and dining locations. Both golfers and employees must follow social distancing guidelines.

On the course, bunker rakes, sand bottles, and ball washers have been removed. Golfers are advised that flag sticks can be left in the hole during putting.

Throughout the course and clubhouse, enhanced sanitation measures have been added.
