We learned earlier today that Jaleo by José Andrés would be reopening at Disney Springs, so we had to go check them out. The restaurant is currently showing hours from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM Thursdays through Saturdays, and 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Sundays.
