Construction walls around the Summer House on the Lake site at Disney Springs have been extended as construction expands on the new restaurant.

Some corrugated roof paneling has been added to the steel structure.

Wall paneling has yet to be installed.

A section of the structure is a steel frame, while another section is concrete walls.

There’s a short crane at the construction site for moving and placing materials

The walls now extend under a nearby overhang and in front of Jaleo.

They curve in front of the Jaleo entrance so as not to completely block it from view.

Summer House on the Lake was announced in summer 2022, taking over the space formerly planned for Beatrix, and is scheduled to open this year.

Summer House on the Lake will be on the West Side of Disney Springs, near the AMC. The completed exterior will be gray and white, with vine-covered walls and planters.

The interior will also be white, with wicker chairs.

Summer House on the Lake is a spin-off of the popular Chicago and North Bethesda, MD restaurant Summer House Santa Monica by Lettuce Entertain You.
