The Bloody Mary Bar returns to Universal’s Mardi Gras: International Flavors of Carnaval 2023. It’s located near the lagoon on the path from New York to San Francisco.

a spicy (Louisiana hot sauce and Sriracha hot chili sauce) version of a traditional bloody Mary spiked with New Amsterdam vodka, garnished with a variety of Cajun toppings
The toppings are the same, but the mild has a green pepper, and the wild has a red pepper.
We got ours in a souvenir cup. This year’s cups are clear with the Mardi Gras logo on the front.
The shrimp is juicy, the bacon has good flavor, and there’s a nice amount of garnish.
However, the wild wasn’t very spicy and is less so than in previous years.

This is a solid Bloody Mary, especially for a pre-mixed drink from a food booth. It’s not going to change your life, but it’s a great way to start the day (drinking).
Universal’s Mardi Gras: International Flavors of Carnaval runs from February 4 through April 16.
