Disney World likes to stay busy with tons of new merchandise in the parks, potential new theme park projects, and the upcoming Tron opening. While we wait for some of those bigger items to happen, we’re heading to Disney Springs to give you updates on everything that’s new!

Disney Springs had quite a tasty week so let’s get into it!

Disney Springs Food Updates

Gideon’s Bakehouse

Our favorite bakehouse is back with its February specials! This month you can find the Eternal Flame Cookie has returned as well as the matching cake and coffee.

This cookie and cake feature Gideon’s special house-made Ancho, Cayenne, and Cinnamon Spice Mix. The cookie is also infused with an essence of cherry and topped with Chocolate Covered Cherries! You can grab the cookie this month for $6.29.

Swirls on the Water

If you’re looking for something for the upcoming holiday, Swirls on the Water also has you covered! This strawberry and chocolate swirl soft serve came topped with red and white sprinkles as well as a chocolate-covered Mickey-shaped cookie.

While we had some mixed feelings about this treat, we couldn’t deny it was beautiful! You can grab one for $6.49.

Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew

Continuing with the sweet treats, Everglazed brought back its Mint Chocolate Chip Donut for February!

This returning donut is a chocolate glazed donut topped with crumbled Girl Scount Thin Mint Cookies, chocolate buttercream, mini chocolate chips, and mint icing! This donut is only here for the month so don’t hesitate if you want to grab one!

Amorette’s Patisserie

If donuts and ice cream aren’t your things, maybe cakes are! This week we found this Soul Petit Cake…

…and this Peter Pan Petit Cake both for $29.99.

The Soul Cake is to celebrate Black History Month and the Peter Pan Cake is to celebrate the film’s 70th anniversary.

Sunshine Churros

For our churro lovers, we also found something we think you’ll love! (Literally!) This month, Sunshine Churros is offering the XOXO Churro. 

These churros are rolled in powdered sugar and drizzled with chocolate and raspberry sauce for $7.95.

B.B. Wolf’s Sausage Co.

If sweets aren’t your thing, B.B. Wolf’s Sausage Co. has you covered! This Chicken Jambalaya Dog was another specialty treat for Black History Month.

This hot dog is available for $11.99 and we won’t lie, this one caught our attention! It was sharable and we really enjoyed it.

Daily Poutine

Looking for a different savory option? Head over to Daily Poutine for their Jamaican Jerk Chicken Frites!

These frites were really flavorful and had a bit of a kick to them. They are available for the month of February for $10.49.

Disney Springs Merchandise Updates

World of Disney

World of Disney never fails to deliver when it comes to new merchandise! First, we found this Mickey Mouse 2023 Graduation Cap for $29.99.

Next for our Minnie Mouse fans, we found this Minnie Mouse Backpack for $39.99.

If you don’t need a backpack, we also found this matching Minnie Mouse Wristlet for $24.99.

Finally, if you’re getting ready for a summer swim coming up in a few months, we found this Toy Story Towel for $29.99.

Or this Moana Towel also for $29.99.

While we’re feeling the heat rise, we aren’t sure we’re ready for that Florida Summer heat just yet!

Disney Springs Construction Updates

Marketplace Co-Op

Disney Springs is undergoing quite a bit of change! This week we noticed a section of the Marketplace Co-Op was blocked off!

The Marketplace is known for switching things up lately so we’ll be excited to see what pops up here!

Summer House on the Lake

At the other end of Springs, we check out the progress on Summer House on the Lake!

For those unfamiliar, coming in 2023, Summer House on the Lake will be Disney Springs’ newest table service restaurant. This location will serve different kinds of wood-grilled meals, kinds of pasta, pizzas, and more! We didn’t notice any major changes this week but you can bet we’ll keep you updated when we do!
