Refurbishment has begun on the New York City sets in Universal Studios Florida, which were recently looking worse for wear.
The flat sets are at the end of this street in the New York area.
We noticed plastic wrapped around one part of The Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum façade.
The plastic is around the section jutting forward near the bottom.
In general the façade is looking fresh and clean.
The rest of the façades still don’t look up to par, but will likely be refurbished soon. Notice the green lines across The New York Public Library set.
Meanwhile, the restrooms near Men in Black: Alien Attack recently reopened after a refurbishment.
