Guests with existing room or package reservations at Walt Disney World may be receiving an email with an exclusive offer to upgrade their hotel reservations, regardless of how they originally booked.

It’s important to note that this opportunity will only be offered to a very select number of guests who have already booked and paid their deposit on their Walt Disney World vacation.

If a guest’s reservation is eligible, they will receive an email with information about an upgrade opportunity (i.e., resort or room type) with a unique offer code and a contact telephone number for more details.
