Oogie Boogie Bash will be heading back to Disney California Adventure for plenty of Halloween fun this fall at the Disneyland Resort! More details including dates, tickets, and specialty snacks will be announced later this summer. Oogie Boogie Bash is a separately ticketed, limited-capacity, after-hours event that will only happen on select nights and tickets sell out extremely fast.

Last year, the party started at 6:00 pm and ended at 11:00 pm. Guests with a ticket were able to enter as early as 3:00 pm. Costumes are encouraged, but not required. You’ll really want a costume to impress the many characters you’ll see throughout the night on the treat trails. When it comes to the characters, they are downright awesome. Some highlights from 2022 were Minnie, Daisy, and Clarabelle as the Sanderson Sisters, Bruno from Encanto, Sid from Toy Story, Ernesto de la Cruz from Coco, Agatha Harkness from WandaVision, and of course, Oogie Boogie.

Outside of characters, other entertainment includes the Frightfully Fun Parade and the Headless Horseman, Villains Grove, and Mickey’s Trick & Treat. The parade, walkthrough, and show are all fun, but this event is really character heavy. There is also specialty food and drinks available, plus merchandise.

Outside of the party exclusives, Disney California Adventure Halloween ride overlays will also be running like Guardians of the Galaxy – Monsters After Dark, Luigi’s Honkin’ Haul-O-Ween, and Mater’s Graveyard JamBOOree.
