It’s no secret that Disney World trips can be exhausting — there’s a ton of walking, eating, adrenaline rushing through your veins, and more. So, we don’t blame you if you need the occasional caffeinated pick-me-up.

How do you get your fix?

But are you Team Joffrey’s or Team Starbucks? You’ll find both throughout the parks, and we’re putting one to the test because two new Starbucks drinks have landed in Disney World!

Summer is almost here and Starbucks is celebrating with two new cold beverages that sound just perfect for those hot Disney World days. We headed over to Main Street Bakery in Magic Kingdom to check them out, starting with the Chocolate Java Mint Frappucino! It’s made with whole milk, Frappuccino chips, Frappuccino roast, white chocolate mint sauce, mocha drizzle, chocolate mint cookie sprinkles, and whipped cream for $5.99 (Grande size).

Chocolate Java Mint Frappuccino

This was really delicious! There was a little bit of a coffee flavor, but it mostly tasted like chocolate and mint. If you’ve ever had an Andes Mint, it tastes kinda like that! There are little mint chocolate chips blended throughout that give this a nice texture, too. Kiddos might enjoy this one, or folks who don’t love coffee but are still looking for a buzz.

Next up, we tried the White Chocolate Macadamia Cold Brew for $5.49. It’s made with macadamia syrup, white chocolate macadamia cold foam, and toasted cookie crumble topping. You’ve definitely got to be a fan of coffee to enjoy this, but that’s par for the course when it comes to cold brew.

We thought the coffee was pretty bitter, which usually isn’t the case with cold brew — it tends to be smoother. We didn’t really get too many white chocolate notes, but we loved the hint of macadamia nut flavor in the coffee and the cold foam. The foam was creamy and tasted like butterscotch — it almost reminded us of the topping on Butterbeer!

The next time you’re looking for some caffeine in Magic Kingdom, consider checking these new drinks out! We enjoyed them both, though we’d certainly say the cold brew was more for coffee lovers. And if you can’t make it to Disney World, you can still show your Disney Starbucks love by shopping mugs online
