Listen, going to Disney World is expensive. There’s no other way to put it. However, for many of us, it’s a non-negotiable.

That was a little bit dramatic, and it probably isn’t our whole life’s mission, but finding ways to make Disney World cheaper is one of the reasons why this blog exists, okay? Anyway, we did some digging and we found a way for you to save a lot of money in Disney World in 2024. Let’s talk about it!
Booking for 2024 Disney vacations recently opened, and we found the CHEAPEST week to visit Disney World in 2024! We already talked about the cheapest days to visit, but let’s face it — most people aren’t visiting for just one day. Most people want to stay a whole week!
Well, you can save quite a bit of money by purchasing tickets for the week of August 18th through the 24th, 2024.
Pandora — The World of Avatar at Disney’s Animal Kingdom
On these days, you can get a 7-day ticket with fares on individual days for as low as $76. Check it out! The total for this 7-day ticket comes to $563 per person, not including tax.

Relatively speaking, most of August and September are showing cheaper dates compared to the rest of the year — in case that specific week doesn’t work for you. Toward the end of September, the prices start to increase a bit (probably because of the fall break season and Halloween quickly approaching!). Tickets for the same dates in 2023 are very similar in price.

August and September are generally less crowded in the parks as well as kids start to go back to school. This makes sense given the prices, since less demand typically means a lower cost for tickets. The lower crowds are probably due to a number of reasons — school is back in session, there aren’t as many holidays, and Florida experiences some miserably hot, muggy months.
Fall doesn’t truly arrive at Disney World until.. Well, Florida skips fall.
However, for low crowds and cheaper tickets, it might all be worth it! What do you think?
