We Will Only Accept Disney Food Served in Ear Hat Bowls From Now On. Thanks.

We’ve tried our fair share of Disney desserts, and some stand out among the rest.

Mickey-shaped Beignets

Whether you’re a fan of churros, Mickey beignets, ice cream bars, cupcakes, or what have you (are you hungry yet?) — there are plenty of ways to indulge in that sweet tooth when you’re in the parks. And, we think we may have just found one more.

Come check out the Berry Violet Sundae with us at Gibson Girl Ice Cream in Disneyland! It’s made with two scoops of vanilla ice cream, topped with mixed berry sweet-cream sauce, and served in a dipped waffle cup with sprinkles. You can get just the dessert for $7.99, or get it in a Mickey Ear Hat bowl for $17.19 (which is what we did)!

Berry Violet Sundae

If you’re a little lad who loves berries and cream, this is definitely the dessert for you. The vanilla ice cream was rich and sweet, and had that classic creaminess that just tastes like nostalgia. The berry sweet cream sauce was drizzled on top and kind of melted into the rest of the ice cream so the flavor was distributed throughout. It wasn’t an artificial-tasting berry flavor either, it tasted fresh like jam or preserves.

Berry Violet Sundae

There were a few berries on top that helped cut down on some of the sweetness as they were on the tart side. This dessert was simple, sweet, and something we would definitely get again. Plus, we love adding to our Mickey Ear Hat bowl collection! Our only complaint is that there weren’t additional fresh berries on top! If you’re not a fan of fruity desserts or berries, we’d skip this one.

Will you be grabbing it?
