The All Hallows Eve Boutique in Universal’s Islands of Adventure has been redecorated for the summer with a Monster Gram Pictures Studios theme featuring Universal Classic Monsters on set.
Monster Gram Pictures Studios
A new sign over the All Hallows Eve Boutique sign reads “Monster Gram Pictures Studios.” There is also an A-frame sign advertising the new Halloween Horror Nights “The Last of Us” merchandise.
Just past the doorway, Frankenstein’s Monster, the Bride of Frankenstein, and the Mummy are dressed in business casual clothes for a day behind-the-scenes of a Monster Gram Pictures film.
Frankenstein’s Monster sits in a director’s chair, with his feet propped up on a stack of film reels. He’s holding a clapboard and a megaphone. The Bride is holding a clipboard, while the Mummy has an armful of coffees.
The coffee cups are labeled with the nicknames of some of the other Monsters, like “Frank” and “Creatch.”
One coffee cup is for B. Fraser, a reference to Brendan Fraser demanding his cup of coffee on Revenge of the Mummy: The Ride.
Further into the store, the Creature From the Black Lagoon is behind a vintage Frankenstein-inspired camera. He wears a Hawaiian shirt and khakis.
He’s filming a spooky backdrop. Dracula stands nearby holding the boom mic.
Dracula’s boom mic has a bat hanging from it.
Guests can jump into the backdrop for a perfect photo op.
The Wolfman is editing near the art department, with film reels stacked around him. The craft services table is nearby.
Each of the Monsters also has their own director’s chair.
There are vintage movie posters and images from various Universal Classic Monsters films.
The theme matches some of the recently released retro movie theater-inspired Universal Classic Monsters merchandise.
A sign states this is unlucky Stage 13.
