Earlier today, we learned about specially-themed food and beverage coming to Disney California Adventure in honor of the debut of Rogers: The Musical. This afternoon, Disney shared more detailed information on the show and how guests should plan to see it upon its debut.
Rogers: The Musical performances are set to occur several times daily, Tuesday through Saturday most weeks during its limited-time engagement, which is set for June 30-August 31, 2023. Upon the show’s debut, guests will be able to access viewing areas for Rogers: The Musical through a virtual queue system available exclusively in the Disneyland app.
Distribution for the complimentary virtual queue will begin at 10:30 a.m. PT on show dates for the first two shows of the day and at 2 p.m. PT for the remaining show times.
Guests will not be required to join the virtual queue in order to view Rogers: The Musical, but Disney highly recommends that they do so. Should the virtual queue reach capacity on any given day, guests can go to the Hyperion Theater to see if any walk-up viewing options are available.
New themed offerings will also be available during the special engagement in addition to two Magic Shots from Disney PhotoPass service. The new Magic Shots will present guests with the opportunity to pose with Captain America’s shield in front of the Hyperion Theater marquee. New collectible merchandise will include a T-shirt, magnet, and ornament.
