When we talk about the best Disney World hotels, many people think of places like Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort or Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. They’re the old classics! But there is one hotel right smack in the middle of the action that no one EVER seems to talk about — so we’re here to remind you that it exists, and it deserves some attention.

YouGov conducted a survey to determine the top hotel brands that the public viewed the most positively in the United States (as of Q2 2023), and one of the TOP choices among the majority of participants was Marriott, with a ranking of 64% of the popular votes. 

Do you agree? Per the survey results, 64% of those polled stated that they had a positive opinion of the hotel brand. But you may be thinking, “What the heck does that have to do with Disney?”

Well, the Swan and Dolphin Hotel, as well as the NEW Swan Reserve Hotel, are owned by Marriott. Although the hotel is not Disney-owned, guests have many of the same perks as Deluxe Disney Resort hotel guests, like Extended Evening Hours on select evenings and 30-minute early theme park entry each morning.
