Toad is making a meet and greet debut in Super Nintendo World at Universal Studios Hollywood starting tomorrow.
Toad Joins Mario, Luigi, & Peach
The newest character addition from the universe of Super Mario has been announced on the Universal Studios Hollywood Instagram.
Toad joins Mario, Luigi, and Princess Peach — all of whom already greet guests throughout the area.
Super Nintendo World in Hollywood
Super Nintendo world is the newest addition to Universal Studios Hollywood, serving as a somewhat smaller but elaborate version of the original land in Universal Studios Japan. It had a soft opening in January this year, and celebrated its official grand opening on February 17, 2023. Check out our full walkthrough:
There is one major attraction in this area themed to the Mushroom Kingdom — Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge, which blends traditional dark ride concepts with AR, or augmented reality. A video of this experience is also available below.
