Plant-Based Dishes Coming to the 2023 EPCOT Int’l Food & Wine Festival

The 2023 EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival is just around the corner! When I started dabbling in vegetarianism and then being diagnosed with a dairy allergy, it was hard to find food at these festivals. In recent years, Disney has added more plant-based options to each festival. This has benefited all the vegan and vegetarian guests that travel to Walt Disney World. Since the festival is almost here, I just wanted to share the different plant-based items found throughout the park.

It’s impressive that there are 12 plant-based options at this year’s EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival. I will try all the new items and revisit returning things I love, like the Yuca fries. The new item I am most excited to try is the Impossible™ Buffalo Chicken Tenders with Plant-Based Blue Cheese, Plant-Based Ranch, and Celery. I feel like I will love these and be back to eat the dish many times. My favorite dessert ever is also returning, the Guava Cake with Whipped Cream and Coconut, which makes me so happy.

It looks like I’ll be visiting the 2023 EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival many times this fall. Will you be making a trip to EPCOT to enjoy the festival? If you are, which food item are you most excited to try? Tell us in the comment section!
