If you are like me, you have likely been looking on at the Disney Springs Culinary Demonstrations and wishing that you could be a part of them. Every time one of them comes up for registration, I can’t help but wonder what it would be like to enjoy a seat in the audience and experience a little piece of what makes the Disney Springs culinary scene so incredible. Well, I was in luck over the weekend when the Disney Springs Instagram account shared some images and details from the Art Smith event, where the famous chef and his team cooked up a storm making their classic Shrimp & Grits!

After an impressive presentation that included a few special guests from Florida dairy farmers, Florida strawberry growers, Lightsey Cattle Company, and Long & Scott Farms, registered guests had the opportunity to try the delicious-looking dish for themselves!
