Halloween Horror Nights 32 at Universal Studios Florida kicks off in just over a month on September 1, and construction on the haunted houses is well underway backstage. We can see scare zones being set up around the park, but Bioreconstruct on Twitter has provided an aerial look at the work we can’t see.
Halloween Horror Nights 32 Haunted House Construction
These two large tents are located opposite of Men in Black: Alien Attack and behind the Springfield section of the park. Construction is starting around the entrance facades for both of these houses.
The latest speculation map suggests these two houses could be Dr. Oddfellow’s Twisted Origins and The Darkest Deal — both original concepts for this year. Official names for every house, scare zone, and show at the event were recently unveiled by Universal.
A wooden, shack-like façade is under construction outside the tent on the right in the photo above. A smaller shack structure sits in front, covered in what looks to be metal sheeting. Toward the top left of the photo, what could be a fenced switchback area can be seen.
These aerial photos show off the location of the two tents from a bird’s-eye view. You can see the shack façade in front of the southernmost tent. The other, however, still looks like it has some work to do on its entrance.
Halloween Horror Nights 32
Halloween Horror Nights 32 will take place on select nights from September 1 through November 4. Guests will be able to experience houses inspired by “Stranger Things,” “The Last of Us,” and “Chucky,” among others.
Though not officially confirmed, Death Eaters will appear in Diagon Alley for the first time. In past years, Death Eaters have made appearances in Hogsmeade over at Universal’s Islands of Adventure, but having them at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Universal Studios Florida and part of the Halloween Horror Nights event will be unique.
