We’re just weeks away from the opening night of Halloween Horror Nights 2023 at Universal Studios Hollywood. As we get closer to the event, Universal has been dropping new merchandise along with the house announcements every few weeks. Following some of the most recent announcements, merchandise has debuted, with items featuring “Stranger Things” and “The Last of Us” video game.
Halloween Horror Nights 2023 Merchandise
As we made our way around Universal Studios Hollywood, we found these items in the Universal Studios Store in the Upper Lot. Creepy red and black signage with “Halloween Horror Nights 2023 Merchandise Reveal” will guide you right to the latest merchandise.
Halloween Horror Nights ‘Stranger Things’ T-shirt – $33
This T-shirt is black, and features half of Vecna’s face looking menacingly at the viewer. On his left is the logo for “Stranger Things 4.” This shirt has a sticky texture on his face. If you remember the preview shirt for 2021’s “Texas Chainsaw Massacre” house, this has the same odd texture on Vecna’s face.
On the left sleeve, the logo for Halloween Horror Nights 2023 is screen printed in red. We’re big fans of the dripping 2023 text.
‘Stranger Things’ Hat – $30
This “Stranger Things” hat is a must have. The front and brim of the hat is black, and the “Stranger Things” logo is embroidered on the front in red. The brim also features red accent stitching.
The back of the hat is red mesh, with an adjustable snap for comfort and sizing.
Halloween Horror Nights ‘The Last of Us’ T-shirt – $30
The shirt for “The Last of Us” is white, and features the silhouette of a Clicker infected on the front amongst red and black splatter. Inside the silhouette, Joel and Ellie, the protangonists from the game, can be seen. What remains of Pittsburgh stands behind them. The Halloween Horror Nights haunted house will take place during the Pittsburgh segment of the game.
The left sleeve features “The Last of Us” logo printed in black ink.
On the back of the shirt, the logo for Halloween Horror Nights 2023 is printed in red, just below the neckline.
Halloween Horror Nights ‘Chucky’ T-shirt – $30
This shirt isn’t new, but now that Chucky: Ultimate Kill Count has been announced for HHN, “Chucky” fans may want to pick up this shirt, which features the sinister doll looking mischievously off to the side. His iconic phrase, “Wanna play?” is printed on the front in red ink.
What do you think of these new merchandise items for this year’s event? Which house are you most excited for? Share your thoughts with us in the comments.
