If you’re wanting to plan a Disney World trip, you may be wondering “When is the best time to visit Disney World?”

Well, that answer totally depends on YOU. Do you want to avoid crowds at all costs? Don’t visit during summer or spring break. Do you want to be in the crowds on the opening day of a major attraction like Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana (which is coming to EPCOT this year)? Prepare for busy parks. If you are someone who is seeking lower crowds and wait times on a Disney World trip, you may want to wait.

With the Halloween season officially kicking off and the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival in full swing, it seems things are picking up at some rides. We compiled the average wait times for every single ride in Disney World from the past week — check it out below!

Magic Kingdom

Starting in Magic Kingdom, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train had the longest average wait time of 82 minutes. Last week the average wait time was 83 minutes so the average stayed about the same since then.

Next, Peter Pan’s Flight averaged 70 minutes, Space Mountain averaged 58 minutes, and Jungle Cruise averaged 50 minutes.  Average wait times held Haunted Mansion at 44 minutes, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad at 40 minutes, Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin at 43 minutes followed by The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh at 34 minutes, Astro Orbiter at 31 minutes, Pirates of the Caribbean at 33 minutes, and Enchanted Tales with Belle at 28 minutes.

After that, “it’s a small world” and Tomorrowland Speedway averaged 22 minutes, closely followed by Barnstormer featuring the Great Goofini and Under the Sea – Journey of the Little Mermaid at 19 minutes. Magic Carpets of Aladdin and Dumbo the Flying Elephant averaged 13 minutes, Mickey’s PhilharMagic averaged 15 minutes, Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover averaged 14 minutes, Enchanted Tiki Room averaged 12 minutes, Hall of Presidents averaged 11-minute wait, and Mad Tea Party faired at 10 minutes.

Prince Charming Regal Carousel averaged 8 minutes while Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse, Carousel of Progress, and Liberty Square Riverboat all tied at 5-minute average wait times.

The Country Bear Jamboree, and Tom Sawyer Island were walk-ons this week.

What CHANGED at The Haunted Mansion After Its Closure in Magic Kingdom

EPCOT

Heading over to EPCOT, Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure had an average wait time of 63 minutes — this is a slight decrease compared to last week’s average of 66 minutes. Frozen Ever After’s wait time also decreased slightly to 64 minutes. However, a NEW ride has taken the spot of highest average wait time — it’s Test Track at 69 minutes.

Next up is Soarin’ at 34 minutes, Mission: SPACE at 20 minutes, Turtle Talk with Crush at 15 minutes, and Spaceship Earth at 16 minutes.

Then, Journey into Imagination averaged 11 minutes, followed by The Seas with Nemo and Friends at 10 minutes, and Gran Fiesta Tour and Living with the Land at 9 minutes.

Awesome Planet, Beauty and the Beast Sing-Along, Disney and Pixar Short Film Festival, Impressions de France, and Reflections of China had no wait times this week.

Hollywood Studios

This week, Slinky Dog Dash held its spot as the most popular ride clocking an average wait time of 98 minutes making it the highest in all of Disney World. Rise of the Resistance averaged 85 minutes. Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster averaged a 66-minute wait time this week.

Other wait times in the park include Toy Story Mania at 58 minutes, Millenium Falcon: Smuggler’s Run at 55 minutes, Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway at 57 minutes, and Tower of Terror at 47 minutes.

After that, Alien Swirling Saucers averaged 28 minutes, Walt Disney Presents averaged 16 minutes, Star Tours — The Adventure Continues, and Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy averaged 13 minutes, while Muppet*Vision 3D averaged only 10 minutes.

Animal Kingdom

Now, let’s head over to Animal Kingdom! Avatar Flight of Passage still had the longest average wait time for this park this week with 87 minutes.

Following that, Na’vi River Journey at 65 minutes, Kali River Rapids at 39 minutes, Expedition Everest at 30 minutes, Kilimanjaro Safaris at 23 minutes, and DINOSAUR at 22 minutes.

It’s Tough to Be a Bug averaged 10 minutes and Triceratop Spin averaged 6 minutes. Both The Boneyard and Gorilla Falls Exploration Trail were walk-ons.
