Ways Walt Disney World Will Celebrate Hispanic and Latin American Heritage Month

Hispanic and Latin American Heritage Month will be celebrated at the Walt Disney World Resort from September 15 to October 15, 2023. During this timeframe, special character appearances, live entertainment, culinary treats, and more will be available to honor the many diverse cultures across the U.S.

Disney shared today that some Disney Skyliner gondolas will be decorated with the Familia Madrigal from Encanto. Walt Disney World transportation will also be decking out buses with cherished characters from Coco.

Yesterday, we learned that Bruno, Mirabel’s uncle in Encanto, will join the Disney Adventure Friends Cavalcade in Magic Kingdom. Disney also shared that Mirabel’s new meet and greet location will open on September 15 as well.
