One of the John Progress audio-animatronics on Carousel of Progress might have fanned himself a bit too hard, as one of his hands came loose and fell off his wrist at Magic Kingdom.

John Progress Hand Falls Off at Carousel of Progress

In a video shared to Twitter by user @RunOnCustard, John Progress’ hand hangs limply off his wrist with the Niagara Falls fan still attached, as the scene continues as normal.

While the hand didn’t completely fall off, the dangling digits were quite a sight to see.

This isn’t the first time this has happened at Carousel of Progress. Back in 2020, one of the animatronics’ hands completely fell off mid-show and landed on the stage.
