“Disney Halloween” will take place from September 15 to October 31 with various special entertainment like the Spooky “Boo!” Parade, The Haunted Mansion Holiday Nightmare, and a special Halloween greeting on Mediterranean Harbor. Guests will be able to trick or treat and wear costumes (check out the costume guidelines).

The changing rooms will be available beginning on Thursday, September 14, through October 31. There will still be separate changing rooms for men and women.

Rather than being located in the parks, the changing rooms will be in Ikspiari, the shopping center near the Tokyo Disneyland entrance. Guests must make a reservation and pay with credit card in advance for the changing rooms.

In order to make a reservation, guests must have a park ticket for Tokyo Disneyland or Tokyo DisneySea for the same day. Park tickets will be checked at the changing rooms.

Guests can book blocks of 30 minutes or 60 minutes, but they will actually need to be done within 25 minutes or 55 minutes, leaving Cast Members 5 minutes to clean the room.

After booking, you cannot change the time and date. You would need to make a new reservation and cancel the old one. You can cancel and get a refund up to 24 hours before the reservation time.

Guests will receive a confirmation email, which they must bring on their phone or as a print-out.

Use of the changing rooms is not covered by the Ikspiari parking service.

Reservations will open on August 28.
