REVIEW: Vampire Green Alien Macaron Returns With New Salted Caramel Flavor at Disneyland Resort

The Vampire Green Alien Macaron has returned to Alien Pizza Planet in Disneyland with a new flavor for Halloween 2023.

Green Alien Macaron filled with salted caramel buttercream, chocolate ganache, and brownie bits

The Vampire Green Alien Macaron is surprisingly tasty. The salted caramel buttercream is sweet and makes for a great dominant flavor.

There are brownie bits inside, which add a nice texture.

We enjoyed this much more than the standard Green Alien Macaron.

However, beware of the black icing on top as it will stain your finger and most likely your teeth.

This is a 9/10 for us.

Halloween at Disneyland Resort

On weekends and select weekday nights, Disneyland guests can enjoy “Halloween Screams” in the skies above Sleeping Beauty Castle. “Wondrous Journeys” ceased performances for the holiday nighttime spectaculars, but is expected to return next year.

Over in New Orleans Square, the Haunted Mansion has become Haunted Mansion Holiday featuring “The Nightmare Before Christmas” characters.

In Downtown Disney District is the Pluto’s Pumpkin Pursuit scavenger hunt. Players can win a pumpkin bucket-shaped sipper featuring different character pumpkins.

Lotso Yokai Judge Doom Oogie Boogie Bash 2023 Featured Photo

Oogie Boogie Bash has returned to Disney California Adventure for another frightening season. Judge Doom, Yokai, and Lotso all debuted for this year’s event. Villains Grove is back, taking over Redwood Creek Challenge Trail. The Frightfully Fun Parade also features Disney Villains and other characters.
