Shanghai Disney Resort is reinstating their Annual Pass program with a few updates. Annual Passes to Shanghai Disneyland were first introduced back in January 2019, almost three years after the park first opened.
The current three tiers are Crystal, Sapphire, and Diamond. They have not been available for purchase since March 2023. The Crystal pass will be discontinued and replaced with the Pearl pass beginning on September 15.
With Pearl, guests will have access to Shanghai Disneyland on weekdays only.
The Annual Pass shopping discount will be limited to ¥100,000 ($13,700 USD) per year.
The Diamond Annual Pass allows 365 days of park access without requiring reservations.
The Sapphire Annual Pass is subject to a blockout calendar and quota limits but offers a minimum of 350 reservation days. Sapphire Passholders are required to make a reservation before visiting.
Currently, the Crystal Annual Pass offers a minimum of 256 reservation days.
