What’s this? What’s this? We found a spooktacular new collection of treats at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel and Spa at Craftsman Grill.
Halloween Menu at Craftsman Grill
- Halloween Crisped Rice Treat – $9
- Halloween Donut – $8
- Halloween Cupcake – $8
Halloween Crisped Rice Treat – $9
Crisped cereal treat dipped in white chocolate
This crisped rice treat features Oogie Boogie printed in edible ink.
The edges are packed with Halloween-colored sprinkles.
The crisped rice and marshmallow center is dyed an Oogie Boogie green.
The entire treat has been dipped in chocolate, and you can just see the gummy worms underneath the chocolate layer.
The crisped rice treat is very good with the chocolate layer and gummy worms mixed in. The whole treat, despite its contents, is not overly sweet. We felt that the different textures work well together. Despite its verdant appearance, the treat’s flavor is classic crispy rice treat.
Halloween Donut – $8
Cake donut with colored white chocolate
This donut features the Oogie Boogie Man (whoa-oh), and it looks as though his seams have burst again.
This dipped donut has cute stitching details and gummy worms in the center.
The donut is super cute, but it’s fairly average on the inside. It’s a chocolate cake donut with regular frosting on the outside. A passable treat, and definitely the most aesthetically pleasing of the three new Craftsman Grill offerings, but we probably wouldn’t get it again since we’ve already got these cute photos.
Halloween Cupcake – $8
Cookies and cream cupcake
Jack peers out from behind a gravestone on this treat
The gravemarker and bone details rest cookie crumb “dirt” on top of the frosting.
The cake underneath is a moist chocolate cake.
The Jack Skellington cake is super yummy and VERY sweet. With vanilla frosting on top, cookie dust on the outside, and chocolate cake inside, it’s very rich. All of the flavors are delicious together. This is definitely not your average Disneyland cupcake. We give this one a 10/10.
Halloween offerings at Craftsman Grill will be available through October 31.
