New fall foods have landed at Alien Pizza Planet in Disneyland Park, along with a returning dish from holiday 2021. How did it all turn out? Read on for our review.
Alien Pizza Planet
Chicken Sesame-Ginger Vegetable Noodles – $12.99
grilled chicken and stir-fried vegetables served over noodles, tossed with sesame-ginger sauce and garnished with cilantro and scallions
The Chicken Sesame-Ginger Vegetable Noodles are exactly the same as the plant-based version, just with chicken on top.
The chicken is standard for Alien Pizza Planet.
We would choose this over the plant-based option, as it offers a little more flavor.
Otamot Cream Pasta – $11.99
Italian sausage and bell peppers served on top of chef’s choice of pasta tossed with blush sauce
This is a decent meal for a theme park and a huge portion for the price.
It tasted exactly as described.
The cold tomatoes on top have a bruschetta taste. The cold temperature was a bit jarring, but at least it had some flavor, unlike the pizza.
Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza Slice – $9.49
burger patties, bacon, pickles, American & cheddar cheeses, tomato sauce and mustard on a sesame seed pizza crust, drizzled with house sauce
The Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza tastes exactly how it sounds.
The cheeseburger flavor is definitely there, and the bacon adds a nice touch. The Thousand Island dressing is also a tasty addition.
We liked this more than we thought we would, but maybe that’s because we really like cheeseburgers.
Plant-based Sesame-Ginger Vegetable Noodles – $12.99
stir-fried vegetables served over noodles, tossed with sesame-ginger sauce and garnished with cilantro & scallions
The plant-based Sesame-Ginger Vegetable Noodles are decent, though they do remind us of a microwave dinner.
The noodles are cooked al dente and you get a lot in the portion, but the sesame-ginger sauce is what makes this dish taste like something you’d make in the microwave.
It’s decent for a plant-based dish and comes with a lot of vegetables on top.
Chicken and Orange Salad – $10.99
Napa salad blend with diced grilled chicken, shredded carrots, mandarin oranges, slivered almonds, crispy chow mein noodles and sesame seeds, served with sweet chili-soy dressing
The Chicken and Orange Salad is just okay.
It’s very similar to previous offerings at Alien Pizza Planet, but the dressing is lighter and better this time around.
We wish they would use a spring mix instead of a butter lettuce mix, but it is a pretty refreshing option for those who don’t want a heavy meal on a theme park day.
Chocolate Chip Cookie – $4.49
The Chocolate Chip Cookie is mostly the same as other Disneyland cookies.
It’s super soft, and the chocolate tastes great, but the cookie is a little too crumbly for our taste.
It’s a decent chocolate chip cookie if that’s what you’re after.
Alien Pizza Planet also has a Salted Caramel Cookie available.
Have you tried any of these new fall offerings at Alien Pizza Planet? If so, let us know what you think, or if you’d try these in the comments.
