Disney hotels are growing and changing, and we’ve been watching them to keep up with all the updates.

Disneyland Hotel is adding some Disney Vacation Club Villas to the property, and along with that change, we’ll be getting a very special addition. The Disneyland Hotel has been around since 1955 so it’s great to see it expanding for more guests.

The new rooms will be located inside a tower called The Villas at Disneyland Hotel. The tower will be 12 stories high with 350 time-shared villas, and amenities will include a new pool, an interactive play area, a community hall, an outdoor bar, and lots more. Now, we will get a closer look at the new rooms.

Disney has announced that on September 28th at 1:30PM EST they will hold a virtual grand opening for the villas, but in the meantime, we got a closer look at the room designs. The tower celebrates the legacy of The Walt Disney Animation Studio. Sketches and concept art from Disney Imagineers were used to design the new space. Check out this Princess and the Frog-inspired room featuring artwork inspired by the film.

Here’s a look at a grand villa where you can see a fireplace, gorgeous artwork on the wall, and a kitchen.

You can also see artwork inspired by Bambi above the bed in the new villa room. We can expect to see more animation-style artwork in the new rooms soon.
