RSVLTS x Nightmare Before Christmas Arrives Just Before October

Listen, I consider Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas to be a Christmas movie. It kicks off after Halloween is over and mostly takes place in the lead-up to Christmas. Yes, it takes place in Halloween Town, but it doesn’t mean it’s a Halloween movie. That being said, the imagery is just too perfect for Halloween. RSVLTS knows it so they’re dropping their second RSVLTS x Nightmare Before Christmas Collection today at 4:00 pm ET at RSVLTS.com.

This new collection includes four brand-new shirt designs available in classic and women’s sizes with a select few in youth. Also, there’s a new reversible bomber jacket for those of you who live in a place where you can take advantage of outer wear. The shirts retail for $70 for classic and women’s, $45 for youth, and the jacket is $85. Let’s take a look at the designs!

There Goes My Zero

There goes my Zero, watch him as he goes. This shirt is available in classic, women’s, and youth sizes and is for the mega Zero fans out there, and who isn’t? The shirt is black with a wonderfully designed Zero tiled all over the shirt with his house tombstone on the pocket. It’s my favorite of this collection.

Lil Jacks

This shirt is available in classic, women’s, and youth sizes and focuses on Jack Skellington. The gray shirt is actually a background of tons of skulls while 3D renderings of Jack Skellington are tiled along the rest of the shirt and pop out. Props to the addition of the pumpkin head as we first see Jack. He is the Pumpkin King after all.

Your Worst Nightmare

This shirt is available in classic and women’s sizes and may be scary for some. I’ve never considered the movie to be frightening but this shirt might convince me otherwise. The stark black shirt is offset by vivid white caricatures of characters in the movie including Jack in a few sinister ways, the Mayor looking creeping as he always does, and plenty more.

Paint the Town Dead

This shirt is available in classic and women’s sizes and is easily the most simplistic shirt of the bunch. The purple background is contrasted with black icons from the movie like the graveyard entrance, the hill Jack climbs, the spot where Jack finds the different seasons, and more.

Jack’s Journey

This bomber jacket might be getting released at Halloween but you can wear it all the way through the Christmas season. One side has you looking like you are Jack Skellington with his black bat bowtie. The other side is a black body with Jack opening the door to Christmas Town, Zero and Vampire Teddy on the sleeves and the name of the movie on the back with Sandy Claws Jack driving his sleigh.

These will all be available at RSVLTS.com but act quickly because as always they can sell out. If you’re interested in last year’s collection, they are also still available on the website in their Spooky Season section!
