Disney Genie+ is the service you can buy to skip the standby lines in Disneyland and Disney World.

This service replaced the FastPass option in 2021. The price of Genie+ varies, depending on the day that you’re visiting. Now, a price increase has been announced for Genie+ in Disneyland.

Genie+ now starts at $30 per ticket, per day in Disneyland. Previously, the price started at $25.

Note that prices vary by date — on days when Disney expects the parks to be busier, Genie+ generally costs more. We can expect to see the highest prices around the holidays, when the parks are especially crowded.

You can find the current day’s pricing and purchase Genie+ on the Disneyland mobile app.

In Disneyland, you can purchase and add Genie+ to a park ticket or vacation package in advance (this is not available for Disney World). If you purchase in advance, you’ll pay $30 per ticket, per day. If you purchase day-of, the price is subject to date-based pricing starting at $30 per ticket, per day.

Lightning Lane selections can be made upon entering the theme park in Disneyland theme parks.

On the day of this price increase (October 11th), Genie+ cost $35.

The last price increase for Genie+ at Disneyland was about a year ago, in October 2022. Then, it went from $20 to $25.
